We make getting your website up and running as easy as possible for you!


Phase 1: Initial ConsultationEvery website we put on the web is specifically customized to fit your needs. When you first request a quote, we will review your request and contact you if necessary to learn exactly what your needs are and how we can meet them. We will then provide you with a written estimate of the cost (including a suggested contribution amount) and time and get started on your website.


Phase 2: Building Your WebsiteWe will start working on your website as soon as possible after we consult with you and understand your needs. During this process, we will be in contact with you often (mostly be email, but by phone if necessary), asking you to provide us with content and review your website. During this phase, we will also start setting up a hosting provider and domain name for you (you must use a hosting provider that is compatible with our software). This process usually takes a few days, so it is nice to go ahead and start doing this ahead of time.


Phase 3: Getting Your Website OnlineAs soon as your website is finished and you like it the way it is, we can put it online! This requires a hosting provider and domain name (each of which require a monthly or yearly payment). These are usually set up in Phase 2 of the design process.


Phase 4: We Put YOU in Charge!On all of our websites we use a content management system called Drupal (to learn about this system, please visit drupal.org). What this means is that once your site is up and running, YOU can add, edit, or remove content. If you want a new page, you just add one...you don't have to go through Tentmaker or anybody else. Of course, if you would rather we maintain your website, we would be glad to, but that's your choice. We provide free training for using this system.
